Sexy Summer Series: Part 1: Arms In 4 Easy Steps!

Follow these moves to get those sleek & toned arms you’ve always wanted!

Step 1

Stand in upright position with feet shoulder width apart. Bend knees slightly. Keep back straight and extend the arms. Slowly pull arms apart and then back to center.

Step 2

Stand in upright position with feet shoulder width apart. Stand with elbows at a 90 degree angle with palms facing up. Bring fist to shoulders with palms parallel to your shoulders.

Step 3

Stand in upright position with feet shoulder width apart. Bend knees slightly. Keep back straight and extend the arms. Slowly pull arms backwards then back to center.

Step 4

Stand in upright position with feet shoulder width apart. Extend arms above head. Drop hands behind head bending at the elbows.
